Profile Settings

Manage your personal account settings, including your name, contact information, timezone, and preferences.

Settings Tabs Overview

The Settings section contains multiple tabs:

Tab Description Availability
Profile Settings Your personal account settings All users
Teammates Team member management Users with permissions

Note: Some tabs may not be visible depending on your permissions and account type.

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Click Settings in the navigation
  2. Select the Profile Settings tab
  3. View and edit your personal settings

Your Profile Information

Email (Read-Only)

Your email address is:

  • Used for login
  • Used for account notifications
  • Cannot be changed directly

Note: To change your email, contact support.

Name

Update how your name appears:

  1. Enter your name in the Your Name field
  2. This name appears in the system
  3. Other team members see this name

Phone Number

Add or update your phone number:

  1. Select your country code
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. The system validates the format

Your phone number may be used for:

  • Account recovery
  • Important notifications
  • Support contact

Address

Add your business or personal address:

  1. Enter your address in the Your Address field
  2. This is for your records
  3. May appear on invoices or reports

Timezone Settings

Selecting Your Timezone

Choose your local timezone:

  1. Click on the Timezone dropdown
  2. Select your timezone from the list
  3. The system uses this for displaying times

Why Timezone Matters

Your timezone setting affects:

  • How times are displayed
  • Report timestamps
  • Scheduled notifications
  • Route timing displays

Tip: Always set the correct timezone to avoid confusion with scheduled times.

Country Settings

Selecting Your Country

Choose your country:

  1. Click on the Country dropdown
  2. Select your country from the list

What Country Affects

Your country setting influences:

  • Default phone number format
  • Date format preferences
  • Currency displays (if applicable)
  • Localization settings

Saving Changes

After making changes:

  1. Review your updated information
  2. Click Update to save
  3. You'll see a confirmation message

Keep Information Current

  • Update your phone number if it changes
  • Ensure your timezone is correct

Accurate Contact Details

  • Use a phone number you can receive calls/SMS on
  • Ensure your name is spelled correctly

The Help & Support tab provides quick access to support resources.

Accessing Help & Support

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select the Help & Support tab
  3. View support options

Support Email

The support email is displayed prominently:

  • Click the copy button to copy the email address
  • Send an email describing your issue
  • Expect a response within 24 hours on business days

Booking a Call

For more complex issues, you can:

  1. Click the "Book a Call" link

Troubleshooting

"Can't update profile"

  • Check all required fields are filled
  • Verify phone number format
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support if persistent

"Timezone seems wrong"

  • Verify you selected the correct timezone
  • Check if daylight saving time affects your area
  • The change applies after saving

"Name not updating elsewhere"

  • Changes may take time to propagate
