Profile Settings
Manage your personal account settings, including your name, contact information, timezone, and preferences.
Settings Tabs Overview
The Settings section contains multiple tabs:

Note: Some tabs may not be visible depending on your permissions and account type.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click Settings in the navigation
- Select the Profile Settings tab
- View and edit your personal settings
Your Profile Information
Email (Read-Only)
Your email address is:
- Used for login
- Used for account notifications
- Cannot be changed directly
Note: To change your email, contact support.
Name
Update how your name appears:
- Enter your name in the Your Name field
- This name appears in the system
- Other team members see this name
Phone Number
Add or update your phone number:
- Select your country code
- Enter your phone number
- The system validates the format
Your phone number may be used for:
- Account recovery
- Important notifications
- Support contact
Address
Add your business or personal address:
- Enter your address in the Your Address field
- This is for your records
- May appear on invoices or reports
Timezone Settings
Selecting Your Timezone
Choose your local timezone:
- Click on the Timezone dropdown
- Select your timezone from the list
- The system uses this for displaying times
Why Timezone Matters
Your timezone setting affects:
- How times are displayed
- Report timestamps
- Scheduled notifications
- Route timing displays
Tip: Always set the correct timezone to avoid confusion with scheduled times.
Country Settings
Selecting Your Country
Choose your country:
- Click on the Country dropdown
- Select your country from the list

Your country setting influences:
- Default phone number format
- Date format preferences
- Currency displays (if applicable)
- Localization settings
Saving Changes
After making changes:
- Review your updated information
- Click Update to save
- You'll see a confirmation message

- Update your phone number if it changes

- Use a phone number you can receive calls/SMS on
- Ensure your name is spelled correctly

Accessing Help & Support
- Go to Settings
- Select the Help & Support tab
- View support options
Support Email
The support email is displayed prominently:
- Click the copy button to copy the email address
- Send an email describing your issue
- Expect a response within 24 hours on business days

- Click the "Book a Call" link

Troubleshooting
"Can't update profile"
- Check all required fields are filled
- Verify phone number format
