The Inventory module includes detailed driver management for tracking driver documents, certifications, and additional personnel like attendants.
Driver Information in Inventory
While basic driver records are managed in Managing Drivers, the Inventory section provides:
- Detailed document tracking
- License and certification management
- Background check records
- Training documentation
Accessing Driver Details
- Click Inventory in the main navigation
- Select the Driver Information tab
- View detailed driver records
Driver Documentation
Types of Documents
Track various driver documents:

Updating Driver Details
- Open the driver's inventory record
- Update document information
- Add new certifications as earned
- Click Update to save
Attendant Staff
If your vehicles have attendants (assistants, monitors):
Accessing Attendants
- Go to Inventory
- Select the Attendant Staff tab
- View all attendants
Adding an Attendant
- Click Create New Attendant
- Enter attendant information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Contact information
- Assigned vehicle/route
- Save the record
